thanks for the reply, gotta write this down so I don't forget it.PIA tryin to find them when ya don't really know the size.lol.thanks again FTSHey rudawg I use 14 X 1 o rings for my derringer afc. It's snugger than stock but not by a lot. One could do better for sure but they're a nice improvement imho
Btw... The Manta Authentics arrived... Very nice, big improvement over the clones.
No, a pre-existing issue. Someone In Maine dropped the ball....
Question for the rem users - this build is awesome, very stable and amazing flavor. It's just awesome. If it's on an ohm reader and I push down on the cap, the ohms jump - down, still within batteries capabilities, but it's definitely shorting against the cap if the cap is pushed in. I'm thinking - no big deal. Would you all concur or should I slightly lower the coils?
It is an amazing, outstanding vape. Holy zotz it's awesome...
ETA hoping this is no biggie, I am terrified to even touch them. Hoping the magic of catfish is that these coils never even have to be replaced LOL![]()

I'm slightly nervous too yet at the same time, it's not shorting unless I literally push the cap in. That's something i checked for because I ran into that with my build attempts on the rem. But, in the act of vaping, there's no short. Still see your point and appreciate you weighing in. That's what I'm after, feedbackI'm not a Rem user, but personally, I wouldn't vape any atty with the coils shorting on the cap.
Thats awesome sloth. I personally would nudge the coils down a bit.Question for the rem users - this build is awesome, very stable and amazing flavor. It's just awesome. I wonder if Yinsen got his treasure trove of goodies as well... They shipped the same day to the same country.
Nice! What is the third from the left beside the hellboy? Looks familiar but I forget the name.

It took 2 hits off a properly built REM and it's instantly right there with the Derringer IMO. Utterly fantastic.I noticed exactly the same thing on my first build, just pushed the coils down and checked again, this time all stable and flavour bang on.
Glad your experiencing what sounds like the experience I've had with the REMatty from day one - I love it!!!!!

Yes, that is about 60 rules before the number in your usernameI'm not a Rem user, but personally, I wouldn't vape any atty with the coils shorting on the cap.
