Ermagerrrd the zenith is awesomeeeeee....
I LOVE the CLT. easier deck to build ever. nice range of air flow. build real solid and nice. great flavor. buuuut it has a cooler vape, probably due to the size of its chamber.
But then. The Zenith........ WARMER vape = win. Same huge range of airflow, nice slots for your leads... flavor is GREAT, delrin drip tip attachment...
I was super excited to try it out after having vaped on one months ago. build a simple dual at 0.8 ohms
Wicked it up with rayon and did my squonk and drain test. drains well.
Looks AWESOME with my shorty pyrex drip tip. with the delrin drip tip attachment, i'll never ever have to worry about a hot drip tip
overall... well i LOVE the zenith. might be a tiny bit more than the CLT just because I can get a warmer vape from the exact same build.
The only unfortunate thing left is that my middle grub screw is smaller than the actual post hole, so it doesnt really capture my leads well. they end up getting squished to the side, which annoys me with slight fluctations in resistance.
If i could figure out a way to fix that.. man. this atty is AWESOME. still a little bewildered by the mehhh response to them.

I am confused about the copper concerns. It has been used for water lines and whatnot for a very long time.
I think brass is much worse, because lead can flush out over time.
Correct me if I am wrong though....
BTW, what is the pin made of that connects the tube to the 510 connector in the REO? I am just curious....

Meh... I've been drinking out of copper water pipes my whole life.
It cracks me up everyone is scared to death of things suddenly - e.g. a post I rolled my eyes over where someone wanted to never have e-liquid in contact with anything but Pyrex and stainless.
Cigarettes are a hell of a lot worse.....
Lead in brass cannot get out in normal use - it's locked into the normal structure of the metal, but could possibly be released if you filed or machined the metal.
It's easy to seal.

Hmmm.. interesting read. I suggest to read it twice, because it won't stop anybody from drinking water. None of us has any idea through how many km of copper pipe the water ran through before it gets in a mouth.....
In short, I don't buy it.

That shows again how educated politicians and their "advisors" (or should I call them sponsors) are .... In all states backflow preventer made from brass will be banned and have to be replaced with devices made from composites.

Typically just what's in your house... or if you're on a well, what's on your property. So no km. A bunch of feet, yards or meters, yes.
The municipalities use a few different materials to feed the water. But copper is too expensive for large source water pipes to span miles.
In regards to the Copper issue: put a penny in your mouth for an hour; post your findings.
Your point is valid in regards to brass, I use brass gutted attys frequently and have never had an issue and I am highly sensitive to metallic taste.

Very true, utility companies use very little copper in the distribution of water, mostly cast iron and plastics (PVC,abs,cpvc).
You guys are missing a very important part however: we are not vaping water! Many of the flavorings and aromatics that are used in our juices are very aggressive. Citrus flavors are especially aggressive; far more so than even the most acidic or basic municipal supplies.
Brass will form a patina that will nearly seal the metal from the juice with oxidation. I WILL NOT BE DRILLING COPPER! Don't ask...
Brass I will work on but prefer not to drill.
I,will try it tomorrow on a top fed to eliminate the 510 leakage.. Why do you ask?
And municipalities will buffer soft or acidic water so as to lessen it's aggressive leaching properties to cut down on costly repairs to corroded pipes that would need digging up.

Well, I have the IGO BF mini? Drilled the hole larger, then drilled a second so I have 2 1/16 holes... well now it leaks in my pocket, and stains stuff, I want a rda, that I can twist to prevent this, as well as dust getting in... The ODIN is almost perfect, but I want one that will allow me to slide the door up as well.... practically no options. Except for the cyclops... and I don't think it has a closed setting.... can't really find pics of afc dissasembled. .. i have been thinking a lot about a rda for the reo, need to find a group that wants to make it happen...

Atomic would work also, zenith would also work. The cyclops has a closed setting as does any afc that I'm aware of.

Although I don't think it's a solution, I saw this RDA which I thought was interesting for what they're calling an SLP (side leak prevention) system. Basically, the air holes in the cap and afc ring are offset from one another with a channel in between so that, if you overdrip, the juice would have to flow all the way up that channel before escaping. It's still 22mm, though, so even if it could be modded for bf, I don't think it would solve your door issue.
