What is so Monumentally Disingenuous about someone like the CDC say'n "just don't vape" is how many people trying to Quit Smoking will read this and throw their e-Cigarettes in the Trash?

Only to go back to a Lifetime of Smoking again.

I expect this kind of Tripe from Anti e-Cigarette groups and Most of the Media. But from the CDC? Which is supposed to be the World Leader in the Detection and Prevention of Illnesses?

Were they or the FDA the ones who were late to the gate on the dangers of smoking? The Royal College of Physicians I believe put the report out way ahead of the USA back in the 60's or so. So no surprise.

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

I have wondered about the timing of all this. There was nothing for years then “boom”. something must have changed
I'm not prone to conspiracy ideation, but it's stuff like this (CDC, media and "influencers" all lined up with the same talking points at the same time) that keeps Alex Jones in business.

However, some of us old time vapers have been in the valley of the shadow of death before. (Vaping sales were not always entirely legal up here on the frozen wastelands of the people's republic of Canada) I can do it again I suppose, although I intend to punish all politicians etc that are behind this latest quango circus.

Funny thing is it won't work, just as all efforts at prohibition are doomed to fail. But somebody is going to get rich.... er. Likely the bankers, again.

Nothing ever fails or succeeds completely. It’s the degree to which it works that matters.

That's an interesting response bombastificator. Of course you are absolutely correct. I suppose this action will be judged in fractions of a penny, by people who have enough pennies for it to actually matter. Or fractions of a percentage point, when it comes that time to buy another seat on the gravy train.

Oh, and I'd click on like or agree or multiple other positive cudos that appear to be possible in this here new fangled forum I completely do not understand. But I don't understand which is which -- so I don't. But I would if I could. I can't. My brain hurts.
