Agree completely...

I've been playing with stuffing a trimmed mouthpiece down against the cup, and it seems to handle the leaking problem quite well. With the regular CE2's there's even room to stack another mouthpiece on top and have it remain flush with the top of the carto. I have to admit though that the taste of my juice isn't as good using this method. I don't know if it's because there's now a soft rubber mouthpiece too close to the coil, or because I've lost some airspace in the carto between the cup and the mouthpiece. My juice tastes warmer and less flavorful.

I don't think it is Really necessary to take the tube of to clean a Metal CE2. Or a Clear on for that matter.

Isn't it trippy how subtle changes to the air flow dynamics can effect the taste of an e-Liquid?

Yes, it's fine to dry burn with the clear tubes still on, as far as I can tell. I did four 8-second burns with an already cracked tube as a test, and the tube was just barely hot to the touch. The cup shields it and the air space around it dissipates the heat, too.

And with a Metal tube, you can dry burn as long as you want, until the coil wire pops.

Taking off the tube to me is just a Great way to get a CE2 to leak.

I don't think they are bottles, Harmonic. The fit on everything looks too precise and snug for a regular mod.

To me it seems like the tube may be a standard kind of polypropylene sort, but all the plugs seem to be custom made from some sort of silicon material. Looking at the pictures in the Korean site (does not look like they actually sell them?), the mouthpiece plug even seems custom tailored for the CE2. (machined to fit around the cup, small air hole, space for the drip tip)

Given the amount and type of the materials, I would figure that mass produced these could be really, really cheap gummy type tanks that could work with any carto and would be easy enough for anyone to use.

just got my VV ego's.. and fluxo's...

having some issues however :(

i tried the "easy" way to remove the inner plug,.. by shimmying the tube off while it was screwed onto the batt..

once the tube popped off, the wires that lead from the batt connection to the atomizer pulled apart and were destroyed. that sucked big time, throwing away the first fluxo i fiddled with.

i also noticed that aside from the ONE included fluxo that was a 1.7mL, NONE of the .9mL fluxo's in the 5-pack i ordered had a MIDDLE plug between the mouthpiece and inner plug. All of the vids I have seen instructed me on how to remove the mouthpiece and middle plug to get to the inner plug, and without realizing this, i destroyed an inner plug with my mini-flathead trying to remove something that was not there in the first place.

so now i'm down to three of the 5-pack .9mL fluxo's...

successfully filled one with a 50/50 PG/VG hypnotic myst e-juice from one of my favorite juice vendors thus far, deejstuff.

i get a burnt wick-ey taste, and no actual juice flavor at all. great,.. down to 2 fluxo's.

thinking that the VG content was too high or the juice might be too thick, i pull a bottle of 70% PG 30% VG juice from titan vapors (mangorita flavor)... and fill the second to last fluxo.

same burnt taste. no flavor. :?::glare:

i'm down to my last fluxomizer now, and deathly afraid to fill it with one of my juices because it seems no matter what i do or what juice I use, it ends poorly for me.

any advice would be appreciated. because at this point, as much as i've loved cartomizers on my other e-cig.. i'm hating this right now. i was so excited to get my VV ego, and now i'm having trouble enjoying it. thoroughly considering switching to a Tank setup or starting to buy atomizers and drip... unless i receive some clutch advice here.

I revitalized a dirty SS CE2 by removing cup seal and dry burning at 5 watts for about 30 seconds.
I installed cup seal upside down and have not had problem w/ leaks; I do store it vertical just in case.

Probably unnecessary, but I'm ridiculously grateful my fluxo doesn't leak anymore. Now here's to hoping that more than 2 of the next order I make of them don't require me to adjust the battery posts :D

This is awesome and it really works, it's the best mod I've ever tried with the CE2! And it is the simpliest :D

What ohm cartomizers did you buy?

Ive had this happen when I didn't pull all the top plugs out on the top. Once all 3 are out you should be able to shim the tube off but with that inner plug in place it just holds the top in place and you rip the wires off.

The .9 has less room for a drip tip so I think that is the reason there is no extra o-ring in it.

I had a hard time getting a good vape with any of my eliquids that were high in vg I also noticed that if I ran a 2.8 ohm higher then 3.2 volts I would get a burnt taste too.

Its taken a lot of tinkering as Grimm Green said in one of his reviews to get the fluxomizers to a good place but once you get them down I think they are great.

I hope I was some help
