I still fill all my tanks with needles. I'm just used to it. Then again, I use needles everyday at work, so it's easy for me to draw up quick. I will say that drawing up some VG Gummy Bears is like drawing up Ativan................that stuff is so thick, you WISH their was a 12 guage needle available when you needed it.

I had a bit of a wicking problem yesterday when I tried my CE2 with Boba's. Started getting a burnt taste and when I looked at the coil it (and the wick inside it) were black. The good news is that a quick vinegar bath, hot water rinse, and dry burn got it looking like new again. It was still a little black after the soak and rinse, but a few seconds of dry burn got everything white again. Amazing!

Anyway, I think tipping the unit more regularly so the juice runs up around the cup would have helped with the Boba's.

I have a question for everyone using the 1.8ml CE2's (I'm using the .8ml). How low does the liquid get before it doesn't wick as well on it's own? I notice on mine that when it get's down to about 1/4 full I need to help it along by tipping it more often. Looking at the 1.8ml units the juice has a lot farther to travel up the wick even when half full. Do you constantly have to keep them topped off to keep them wicking well?

WOW
I have sat an read this whole thread.
I am impressed. I had everything but give up on CE2's. I may have to order some now.
One question and I have not seen an answer or seen where someone has done this.
I will omit I'm lazy and hate refilling.
Has anyone tried putting one in a ?????(insert name) tank yet?

Interesting idea. A CD2X in a Liquinator. That could work. You'd have to drill a hole through one side near the bottom but that idea could work. I think they're very close if not the same in diameter to cartos, given that cones fit over them.

I rec'd mine today and absolutely LOVE them! I'm using the 3.0-3.2 ohm on a usb passthrough ego, vaping some pina colada from BWB and am reminded why I quit so easily a year ago (I've been back and forth with vaping and analogs lately). These are just killer.

OK, yes, the inner seal is a pain, I shouldn't have gotten smoky (I like to know how much juice I've got but the tradeoff is good - I hate the way any dark colored juices look in clearos) but those are exceedingly minor irritations. I am so, so happy! Tons of warm vape, GREAT flavor, and a pretty intense TH (24mg juice, so ymmv) makes for a very happy girl.

I have a weird issue that is HARD to explain but hopefully someone will know what I'm talking about. One of my CE2's ha been putting off almost TOO much flavor, it's weird. It actually started making me nausious. So I pulled the drip tip off and fired it, when the coil fires it looks like a million little missiles flying off the coil with a vapor trail on each. Normally when you hold the button down you would start to see vapor forming, this is almost like it's not COMPLETELY vaporizing the liquid. The result is this weird flavor and taste in your mouth like....not like your getting juice in your mouth, but almost like the vapor is gritty and you taste the juice heavily in your throat. God, this is so hard to explain, and if I'm not doing it well I apoligize. I don't know if the issue is TOO much juice getting to the wick or WHAT. It's weird, does anyone even REMOTELY know what I'm talking about?? LoL

I *think* know what you're talking about. I don't necessarily know if the vapor trails coming off the coil has anything to do with it as I noticed those even when I don't experience of "off" taste. (BTW, the vapor trails are pretty cool looking!) Anyway, to me it was just an off taste, maybe slightly bitter, and I notice it on the finish. It tastes fine in my mouth but after I exhale I get a slightly bitter aftertaste. It's not burning wick (or like any burning wick I've tasted before) and the wick/coil isn't black with burned juice. I initially thought maybe it was primer that I forgot to burn off, but but it hasn't been long enough to know for sure. It does seem to dissipate after a little while. Does this sound like what you're talking about?

Sort of. Best way I can think to describe is....you ever make Koolaid and not all the sugar dissolves. It almost feels/taste like that except instead of liquid it's vapor. I think it's OVER wicking is what the issue is. Which, with a CE2 there could be worse things then over wicking. My all day vape is just a super sweet liquid so after a little while it was making me sick to my stomach.

that is a combination of the ohm being lower then your other ce2 most likely also its top coiled and that will be experienced here nt here versus a bottom coiled carto. Dont take this explanation as the main cuase but I have experienced this before and that was my conclusion.

The ce2 when over wicking will do that, you can slow that down by pushing the wicks down a little in the slits.

Just got mine in today 2.4-2.6 xl. Wow a big improvement over the the clearos. A little on the airy side but not much. Taste of my liq is coming thru nice and great vapor too. Have to say this bomb is the Bomb! I liked the clearos but had issues with cracking and leaking so I stopped using them. Will definitely be buying more of these bad boys.

I don't have the funds right now to order any.
If and when I do get the funds I will check.
