By the way an exception to that, I have found is our GoGo Cartomizers...we have them in a kit and you can also use them On a 510 with an adapter...they have a bottom coil, 3.0ml fil capacity...when you vape the suction naturally pulls the juice down towards the coil and the batting is nice, lightweight so you will have a much better experience with these than with most fillereds...off topic but thought I would adress that....

What's the difference between these and the CE3?

No fill-plug, drip tip capability, but are the GUTS up to par? Will something that's a bottom coil actually wick?
