Why? Most seem to like 70% PG / 30%VG. Not being a wiseass just trying to learn.

I like this ratio because I want to see a massive plum of vapor when I exhale and don't care about TH. It tells my brain that I just got a boat load of Nicotine. Also, since I like Very Sweet e-liquids, it's a Win-Win because VG is sweeter than PG.

just got my ce2s (my birthday present to myself) and wanted to double check that i have my steps right.
remove mouthpiece and fill plug
do a precautionary dry burn (which i'm assuming is a few 5 second bursts, still not too sure on how to actually do a dry burn)
fluff wicks
fill with bottle tip against the wall
insert the o-ring that chris so kindly sent me, ridges down
insert drip tip
become a vape dragon

Sounds like you've got it down.

Take you time removing the Cup Seal. It can be kinda tough the first time you take it out.

I also like to put one drop of e-liquid on the coil/wick after filling but that is optional.

And don't forget to let the wick soak on the first fill. Depending on how thick the juice, it may take longer. 10 mins is usually plenty for 80/20 PG/VG. Regardless, you'll see the wick under the coil get saturated anyhow, it'll be pretty obvious. Enjoyyyy!

I personally prefer the non-ridge side of the cup seal facing downward. Perhaps its just the strait VG that allows me to run it that way, but I think there's less chance of it overheating the silicone. Just a precaution. I haven't had problems with leaks over the past few days this way. I do get some condensation but it seems to go away just as unexpectedly as it forms

I'm frustrated w/my ce2's. and confused. Now I haven't ordered the deluxes yet, after using my clearo's not sure I want to. Here's the problem. I have had none w/the ss ones, except the ocassional dry vape, but that is me being a vaping hog :). The clearo's tend to leak from the bottom. i took a couple off that i had juice in to put something else on my batt's. Stood them upright on a papertowel and a while later juice is seeping out of the bottom. It isn't just from one clearo it was from 3. I did do a syringe mod on one and it was a disaster later, leak leak leak. They seem to vape fine, just leak like a sieve..... I don't do much to them, don't fluff or anything like that, just fill them w/juice wait and vape. So why should I get the deluxes?

that was the old base, the new deluxe has a sealed base they do not leak form there.

only leaking you will get is form over filling. or not using a inner plug.

i dont think anyone has had a issue with the news ones where they leak form the inside of the base and they also dont leak form where the tube meets the base either.

No leaks, no cracks, no syringe modding... No problems! :thumb:

EDIT: I got my purples today and they look sweet, my new Fluxo color! Just translucent enough to see your juice. I was excited for the smokey black (to match my black GLV) but they are so dark you can't see your juice! The purple is perfect.

I used one of the new tubes on an old ce2 and they don't leak on them either. They do pull off slightly (so you have to push it down every now and again). But the new tubes are amazing.
I love being able to use AC in a non syringe modded ce2.

Oh and something tells me bad's going to make this 1 hot winter as well.

I've done the same with the same results. I was too lazy to make a syringe mod so I just popped on the new tube from a dead one and no leaks. They don't seem to stretch as much as a syringe mod would.

I just got some of these today . I got the 2.6-2.8 . Im using a higher vg to pg mix and these cartos work great .Only been vaping for about an hour and havent had any dry hits or anything although i tip it upside every few hit to to be sure . I like a warm vape and iv been vaping at 4.5v on them . Feels nice . Whats the highest voltage i can go with this ohm ? Right now i have turned it up past 4.5 because im not sure if it will burn the wick and i just got them . I would have liked to get some 3 ohm+ since i normally vape at 5-6 volts but didnt have the option . So far im definitely liking the cleaner feeling vape over the boge's im used to .

Also before filling i fluffed the wick a little and only used the middle plug with drip tip .

Edit : After trying to vape for a couple hours what i thought was just cleaner tasting flavor at first is not . The little flavor i had kept fading away and now there is no flavor whatsoever and im vaping strong flavored mrs.t's juices . I read about different tricks to get more flavor by using the middle plug or cutting a v around the wick grooves . Seems like i have tried everything and still not a slight be change in having no flavor . I like that they are quiet and there is enough vapor but no flavor makes them kind of useless .I cant even tell what juice im vaping now . I opened another one up and used a strong but thin juice and same thing ,no flavor at all is coming through . They seem to be wicking ok because im not getting a burnt taste just no taste at all . Vaping the same flavor on my boges there is plenty of taste actually closer to overwelming goodness .

Is there anything i can do to get these to work other than all the stuff i mentioned above ? iv even dripped acouple drops directly on the coil .
