I'm trying to find some too. Except not clear ('cuz they crack). I've found some Rev.4 (both clear and not) on Vapor Junction. All I've found so far is this but their in bulk: E-liquid Web Shop CN Cartomizers CE 2

Found em at gotvapes, the fluxomizers. Only come in XL though, but I'll live.
