Royal Smokers is a pita.. The 2 sales people we worked with have both left the company and the new person 'Martinez' has not been responsive to our requests to buy. Not sure what we're going to do but I hate to have to beg a company to take our money

Hmmm....maybe China and it's companies are starting to think THEY are too good/big to fail and don't need to provide good customer service. How sad people don't learn from others mistakes.
Finally got an order in and with my promised lead time of 1 week and fast shipping it should only be 2-3 months before they show up or hopefully if all goes well 2 or so weeks..

Hi Hoog, any plans on carrying the XL versions of the 808? I just received a pack of the regulars, and after a couple of tweaks, I'm loving them...of course now I'm thinking bigger would be better (that's what she said; and isn't bigger always better?)
Also bought some of the 801 cartomizers which hold a ton of liquid. Those will be great for car trips.
