is there anything like a CE4 Cap that i could put on my ce4s to keep them from possibly leaking in my case? It takes me a while to finish a half a tank of liquid and it would be great if I could take them with me when I go places and not have to carry them in hand keeping them upright. Or do they not leak that much?

They should be ok, but you could wrap it in a small zip lock back if you're concerned. Do that for a while and see if they leak?
I use similar clears - the "newer" rebuildable ones - and haven't had any problems. But if they've been bumped around a bit, there's always the chance that the tube can get slightly cracked around the base.

It might be a little strange, but I can fit 2 or 3 into an old pill prescription bottle. That can ride around in a purse safely.

If you have them, I put the "condoms" that come on cartos over the drip tips. I don't like to leave anything screwed onto a battery, if I'm carrying it around. CE4s wouldn't be bad, I suppose, but devices like vivis can snap off. I use medicine bottles and Altoid tins.
I carry around CE4's all the time and have never had one leak, on/off a battery, with/without a cap etc...
