Hi everyone! I am new to this forum and have been vaping since Aug 2013. So happy to be here.
I am having a leaking problem with my CE4 clearomizer (Ego CE setup). No matter what I try it still leaks onto the battery. Not overfilling. Have adjusted the contact on the bottom of the clearo. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you and looking forward to learning on this forum.

hi Colleen3429, welcome to ECF

sounds like your coil is loose or you just plum wore it out
we are talking one of these ?

- eGo CE4 PLUS V2 Clearomizer / Vision/ Stardust
- DV CE5 Rebuildable Clearomizer Red - 2.4ohms

can you replace the coil, or is it a throw-away ?

what I would guess is happening is juice is getting by your wick/coil
and just dripping straight thru air passage into battery area

-you're not overfilling
-you're not filling into center hole
-you're not seeing juice outside the tank

:)

PufZeppelin is %100 correct. Either the coil is loose, or just plum wore out. too much gunk on coil, and juice will fall off the coil when you inhale.

ce4's do only last for just so long. When it gets to the point it just does not make so much vape, or when it starts leaking. It is time to change it out for a fresh one. I have had some last for 5 weeks!(rare) yet the next one is done playing inone week. And some duds that did nothing at all. There is not a whole lot you can do about it.

Yet I still love my ce4's. I have the ones now that I can unscrew the bottom and rinse them out. ( ce4+ where I buy them) Still they are only good for one or 2 rinses. And I can just change the wick heads, less expensive.

yepper, the EVOD kit is just a great kit and for the price a super deal

only problem is that kit is NOT VV (variable volt)
the evod kit is great to start/learn get used to the whole Vaping game
then when you take the step to VV, the evod turns into a wonderful 'back up' kit
I still use my evod 650mah batteries and enjoy them

but for a true vape you really need a VV device at minimum

- Vision Spinner Variable Voltage 1300mAh eGo Battery - MyFreedomSmokes.com
- MFS eGo-C Spinner Variable Voltage 1300mAh eGo Battery - MyFreedomSmokes.com
