CE4 leaks?

I got tw CE4 from Boge and both of them leaks. Is it just a bad batch or is Boge pretty bad on quality? The leaks seems to be coming from the bottom seal. Are CE4s made by Vision better in this regard? thanks

BTW, is Vision the official maker of CE4? as opposed to knockoffs...
