I rinse mine with really hot water in between flavors, and I've gone 4-5 times now on a single ce4 doing this with no real adverse effects, so I'll keep doing it until it becomes an issue. I finally just ordered fresh heads, we'll see if that makes a huge difference. They seem to last a few fills though for sure with cleaning. I kept refilling one with the same flavor without cleaning, and after about 3 refills I was getting a really burnt taste, so it seems like it got pretty gunked up without cleaning.

My first one lasted well over a month and probably would have kept going had I not killed it while trying to find the cause of leaking down to the battery. I forgot to turn the voltage down on my battery and over dry burned it into nonexistence. Keep them clean and they should last you a good period of time. How long is hard to really say. How much do you use it? What voltage and ohms? What type of juice, PG, VG, or combo? Many factors to take into consideration. So far, I've only popped one. I have plenty of spares in case, which will all know they don't last forever.
