I ordered a CE4 to try out, and I'm not having much luck with it. When I first screw it on a batt I get a few good hits, then nothing. Not dry hits, just nothing at all like it's not firing. I tried switching batteries, pulling pins, etc and it just keeps doing the same thing...2 or 3 vapes and it dies until I unscrew it and screw it back on again. Plus, I just got a mouthful of juice on one of the "dead" hits, and I don't draw very hard at all. Any tips, videos, etc around for these yet?

I just got one in today too and mine was opened not sealed in plastic and had what looked like juice in it and looked like it had been used. Was yours like that? Just filled mine and juice came out the bottom where that battery attaches. One big gush. I wiped it clean and it seems to have stopped. I'm letting it soak the wick for a few minutes before I try it.

That's really wierd. I tasted the stuff in it to see if it was like primer but it was sweet. Maybe I should email and ask why it was open. I thought maybe they test them all to make sure they don't leak or something but if it's just mine I think I need to say something. Now I'm wonderinmg who's lips were on it. LOL Also it wasn't sealed it was opened already like the plastic was ripped.
EDIT: Seems to be working pretty well though. I think I like it. I'll know more after i vape it a while but so far so good.

Thanks I was afraid someone might have tried it first. LOL. VG is sweet so that's all it is I'm sure. Seems to be great so far.
they come in a pack they are insleeves, but sometimes the sleeve comes off with them sometimes they come out the sleeve becuase the sleeve is glued into the pack, thats why some come with them some without, no one ever touches them with their mouth lol, gloves are worn during orders becuase juice has to made fresh. and yes like i mentioned its vg, its their to prime it.
Ok, these are apparently not for me. Either the CE4 killed my vv ego or in a huge coincidence they both happened to die at the exact same time. Neither one is working at all no matter what I attach it to now.
Something like that has happened to me. I was working an awesome carto and suddenly it went from delicious to horrible burning. Then my battery seemed to be totally dead. It didn't do that blink 300 times thing to show that it ran dry. It just sat there black and lifeless. I was terrified. So, I plugged it in and waited anxiously for the green blink. When it did, I leaped for joy. My batt was ok. There must have just been a power surge or short circuit that blew out and fried my carto. Battery worked just fine. Just plug it in the charger and cross your fingers that it works.

Assuming you mean the VV eGo passthru?
Mine (VV eGo passthru) was posessed by some gremlins for a while, only working with my Stone tank, then maybe not. Then it worked again, then not. Eventually the gremlins just took over and now it doesn't fire at all.
It's possible that the eGo fried the CE4, I know mine was doing some very naughty things before it stopped working.
I'll give that a try tomorrow, thanks for the tip!
Nope, not a passthru, just a reg vv ego style batt. It hasn't been misbehaving at all, whereas the CE4 has been a problem child since I got it. I'm probably not holding my mouth right!
my vv ego went a stupid once and quit working. it took several times hooking it up to the charger but after a couple tries it reset or something and then charged up and started working ok
Hey guys.. how the hell do you clean one of these things? Do they come apart like the Vornado? Is there some other mystery I'm not aware of?
