Change in shipping

We have decided to eliminate Saturday from one of our shipping days. You guys have kept us so busy that we are down to Sunday as being our only "down time" day and with family obligations it doesn't last long.

Try to get any orders you need the first part of the following week in before 2PM Friday and most of you will receive your orders on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

Yeah, I could only imagine what its like by you all week, gotta be one hectic place with your family and business, I have no problem with it, and your still by far one of the best places I have ever dealt with, and you get your orders shipped out so fast like NO other....so It wont effect me. Looking forward to future orders....How is the ticket system working out for ya? any better?

The ticket system is working real nice. It's pretty much transparent to the customer which I like alot. They still interact with us by email...but it's all organized and managed through a central "console" on our end. I can look at one screen and know if I've overlooked something.

Thanks for the heads up Rob, I placed my order this past Saturday and even with the holiday I got my stuff today ( Tuesday ) that`s awesome !! I found my new supplier. Thanks again.

I guess we just have a really good local post office. We had a few issues during Christmas but they get my stuff where it needs to go quickly 99.5% of the time.

heck yea your shipping is awesome.... hey Rob because you have been so swamped Ive decieded to hold off on getting some more eliquid until I run my reserves mostly dry. So you can expect an eliquid order along with some atties some time next week.

Do you have any new menthol flavors along with any fruit flavors? And which ones do you like the most?

We're fine during the week...Saturdays was just getting to be a bit too much.

We did get in a Newport clone which has a touch of tobacco to it instead of just all menthol.

I haven't been much into the fruit flavors lately...although Michelle did make me up some Cherry Cola and I've been kinda vaping it for dessert after dinner, LOL. Green Apple always tasted good to me though.
