change single to dual and interchangable

Im not sure exactly what brand it is because i bought it at a middle of the mall stand and they werent sure but think it is a smoktech ce5 single coil clearomizer. I was wondering if i could buy dual coil replacement heads to put in them or if any clearomizer not just smoktech can use any other brand replacement heads ex smoktech clearomizer with vision replacement heads, I know why dont i just buy a dual coil clearomizer which i will probably end up doing anyways but was just curious if i could. Also are the threads for the mouth piece are they the same on all of them as in different brands and different styles(ce4,ce5,i16)? i want to buy an adapter so i can put my own 510 drip tip on and was wondering in the apdapter would fit all of the different style slim clearomizers. Im pretty much a newbie and wanting to know everything and want to buy everything i see.
