If the flavors are "close" and sound like a good mix...like strawberry and vanilla...just mix 'em up. No washing or cleaning needed. If you are close to empty on Flavor 1, it won't take long before you are vaping Flavor 2. If the 2 flavors are probably not a good mix, you can disassemble the Evod, rinse thoroughly, dry as best you can by shaking and using a paper towel (maybe a few seconds with a hair dryer), and re-fill.

Of course you could also just toss the original wick/coil and replace with a new one.

In addition to what Jeff said and in case you aren't aware, you can wash an evod head without doing it any harm. When I was using Kanger stuff I would often have two heads in rotation per tank; one in use and one I would soak in warmish water and leave to dry. Unless you're using some really skunky juice it's not a big deal what they've been in previously.

Personally I find a bit of condensation builds up in the chimney, so whenever I empty a clearomiser, I rinse it all out under warm water, wipe it dry with a towel, blow through the mouthpiece and coil to get rid of any drips, and put it all back together and refill. The first couple of puffs are sometimes a bit tasteless as I'm vaping the water that's in the wick, but then the flavour comes through.

You can just refill it with a new flavour if you like though, it won't do any harm.

Some flavours will cling, so you might want to keep a dedicated coil for those flavours to prevent any mixing. Menthol probably won't go great with coffee, for example. You might also stumble across some great combinations!
