im just wondering if theres anything i can do to clean the atty of any remaining liquid so i can change the flavor of the liquid and not taste any lingering liquid.....

i usually blow most of the juice out the atty....

and how long does it take to break in a atty? and would this change the flavor of eliquids?

In my experience, I've only needed to change out the atty while going from a mint/menthol to a reg. juice. Once it's been exposed to menthol there's no turning back. Just my opinion. I'm very sensitive (in a non gay way) to menthol. Can't handle it at all. My gf however likes the stuff. So I learned about atty's and menthol.

I hope this post made sense to you. It's 530 AM and I have yet to sleep.

If you usually blow through, leave it standing on a piece of kitchen roll, tip side down, to allow remain juice to come out. Overnight usually does the trick, then add a drop of juice to the atty as well as in the cart, and you should soon taste the new flavour.

I agree with Beer Man, if you have used Menthol, then a spare atty, menthol free is the best answer.

Oh yeal, the question.

Do this at your own risk (there's a small chance you might kill your atomizer).

Put the atomizer in a coffee cup. Pour alcohol over it until it's covered. Make circles with the cup (causing the alcohol to go round and round) for about three minutes). Take atomizer out of the cup, blow out many times--you want it completely dry. Put a drop or two of juice on the bridge--that sould do it.

PGA is the only thing I have found that removes dried up flavorings from your atty. The PG comes out easy enough but the flavorings may not be water based. I soak them overnight to remove stubborn tastes like coffee, blow out the PGA, and start vaping a new flavor. I also do this for ones I want to store for a while because the remaining juice seems to kill them if stored for long periods.
