Don't know how else to explain this but when I first started vaping I bought an eleaf istick power with a Nautilus mini tank. I found my nic level to 10mg, but I got frustrated with my mini after a while. Having the coil get stuck numerous times and having to remove them with pliers and the tank not being a top fill just drove me nuts after a while. I went out and bought a kanger toptank nano and tried my 10mg juice in it and found it to be too strong. Guy told me at my local vape shop to do 6mg in that tank. Its only been a few hours since I started using this new juice and tank, my question is do you think I will have to vape more or less with this new tank to get the same level of satisfaction I would get out of my Nautilus mini? I know its a drastic drop in nicotine level but I couldn't stand my old tank anymore.

No way to know until you use it a while. It also depends which coil you use. Generally the lower ohm builds get a bit more power and generate a bit more vapor than you were getting from the Nauti. You might find yourself getting the same satisfaction with the 6 mg as you did on the Nauti with 10 mg. You might chain vape at first while adjusting or you might not even notice the change. If it ends up being a real issue for you, and the 6 mg and 10 mg nic are otherwise the same juice, you can mix them 1:1 and have an 8 mg if needed.

Sorry that was so long but I was just more worried about having nic fits since I kinda had to switch tanks and lower my mg

I buy 11mg liquid and mix it 50/50 with glycerine to make 5.5 mg . I pay 1.29 for a 200ml bottle so works out quite cheap less than 5p per 10ml bottle mixed. The e liquid I buy costs a pound per bottle so 55p per 10 ml bottle when mixed. I only vape menthol so my coils last a fair while too. Good luck.

The toptank is a sub-ohm tank that puts out more vapor that's why 10 mg was too strong. 6 mg should satisfy you.
I started using my 6mg juice yesterday and had to fill up my tank twice cause I was going through it like water lol I guess its because I've kind of gotten used to using my Nautilus mini with 10mg and only having to take a few drags like I would a cig to feel good. With my new tank I guess I gotta inhale a little deeper and longer to feel satisfied until my body gets used to the 6mg

Also a lower resistance, higher power setup simply vaporizes more juice, so you're stuck refilling more often than with your Nauti. That's part of the reason you decrease the nic concentration in a subohm setting, you're vaporizing a larger volume, and if you kept the nic level the same, you'd get far more into your system than you would be accustomed to.

When I got my first MOD with a Nautilus Mini I was at 18-24MG e-Liquid and bought some 6MG which I was mixing in the tank but 30 days after the MOD Kit purchase I was down to 3MG which is where I have stayed. Toyed with some lower level at 1.5MG but changed the recipes back to 3MG after getting some Zero. Vaping Zero MG made me say why I am even vaping this?

@rbrookv - That TopTank Nano of yours can also use coils that aren't subohm. That way it would be more like using your Nautilus Mini with its 1.6 or 1.8ohm coils that it took.

Kanger's OCC and SSOCC coils both come in 1.2ohms and also in 1.5ohms. The 1.5 are what I use in my TTN, because they're the closest in resistance to the coils I use in my Nautilus Mini, which I like, too. You might want to try those and see how you like them.

If your body seems to be satisfied vaping 5ml of 10mg Nic juice per day .. That equals 50mg total Nic per day.

Switch down to 6mg Nic juice and you will need to vape approx. 8ml of juice in order to get that 50mg total Nic per day.

Make sense ?
I did make the switch the other day to 6mg. I switched to using my kangertech nano tank also and with that I only need to take like 5-10 drags and I'm satisfied for about an hour or so until the cravings kick in again.
