Please correct me if I am wrong. I thought that in Canada, a vendor can not accept payment by charge card for e-cigs & e-cig supplies/nic juice. Has this changed in the last couple days? My understanding is it's because they are considered a banned product in Canada.

Clarification on this is greatly appreciated.

There are 2 reasons why this vendor can accept charge cards that I can think of.
1) They have another business not associated with ecigs and are using that CR/DR card processor to sneak in transaction.
2) They have led their processor to believe they are a legit Herbal/Health/Vitamin Supplier.

Exactly. There are smokes being sold on reserves with merchants accepting debit and credit cards. They ate listed as convenience stores because they have a Coke refrigerator.

I'll suggest a third possibility...they are a "Canadian" biz based in the U.S.(or rather, have a "Canadian" website)

It still doesn't apply to all vendors. Some Canadian Vendors still accept credit cards.

I can only speak for Visa, but their merchant agreement specifically prohibits processing for banned and/or illegal products/services. Those two vendors are no-nic, so that's probably why. :2c:
