Charger broke

So my maxx fusion charger broke. Is there anyone out there who has built one from scratch that could give me directions? I don't have the money to buy one at the moment and would like some help please.

Also as a note I have a mini PCC from when I had a smaller batt, so if there is any way to alter the treadless mini PCC for the 65mm batt to charge, I could use that instead of building one.

The mini-PCC is designed for 65mm batteries. If you meant "to charge 78mm batteries", you can do it by modifying the case. You have to in some way remove the plastic spacer nubs that are at the ash-cap end of the battery when it's charging: use wire cutters or a Dremel tool, whatever you have at your disposal. Then, insert your 78mm battery, and wedge one of the carto condoms into the remaining gap, which will keep the battery pressed against the charging posts. It helps to trim the carto condom for proper fit, but it works fine.
