Chargers do get warm, and my chargers for other things, like my car, or larger batteries, actually have cooling fans. The caps and resistors in the charger do get warm, but not hot.
If it is overly hot, like burning your hand or melting the charger housing, then I would stay away. But if just feels warm, but the plastic is ok, and the heat is being properly vented, you should be ok. Even check the wire to your electrical outlet. That shouldn't be warm at all.
Also, batteries should not get hot at all. They may get slightly warm at the worst, but charging at a slow rate shouldn't create much, if any, heat for the batteries.

Heat is generated in the components of any charger in the transformation of higher voltages to lower voltages as well as in the regulating circuits. This is entirely normal. Just make sure that any venting holes on the charger do not get covered over by something so that the heat can dissipate freely........ As mentioned earlier, if your charger is too warm to the touch and starting to warp the housing, then this is indicative of a problem. No worries, chargers are supposed to get warm and dissipate heat.

So my charger gets hot but my battery's don't should I be worried.

I'd say it is something to be concerned about, but it's good that the batteries themselves do not get hot.

You did not say anything at all about what type of charger you are talking about, and the type of charger makes a big difference.

It would be one of those usb chargers for ego batteries.
It could be a cheap single bay charger.
It could be a 4 slot charger.
It could be a fast charger putting out 2 amps.
It would be you are using the wrong type of charger.

My nitecore d2's has a 'low' setting which I always use. Slow charge.
Fast charging is more likely to cause warmth.

Yes, I assumed you were using a AC to DC converter....... This being the case, it is entirely normal for the internals of the charger to produce heat. That's just the physics of electrons traveling through the resistances of the internals of your charger. The load(your battery) should not get hot as this would indicate you are charging at too high of a rate. I have designed and built lots of chargers in my day and the ones producing high current values (vaping chargers) always produce heat. The more current that a charger is designed to deliver to a load then the warmer the charger internals will be. With proper and good design, then a charger will be able to effectively dissipate the heat so that damage does not occur to the internal components. When the internal components are designed, the heat dissipation for each component is taken into account. Warmth with an AC-DC converter of your type is totally normal.

Do you have any experience with WTA? I recently purchased some but I can't seem to vape. I am using an Aspire Nautilus with eLeaf 30 watt. No vape at all. Nothing.
WTA by its self? good thing it isnt vaping... WTA is supposed to be mixed into a VG or PG base...

"WTA contains minor tobacco alkaloids along with nicotine in the form of a traditional e-liquid. The process used to purify nicotine from tobacco for traditional E-juice is rather specific in that it isolates the nicotine with very few traces of other tobacco alkaloids. The WTA extraction method includes these other alkaloids."
