Got the BR-1206W (the green one). At first the light stayed green and gave off a faint buzzing sound when I had a drained batt in it. Then I flipped the switch to 4.7 (I think) and the light turned red, then after a while started flashing and turning a kind of orange color. It turned back to green after a while, and the batt appears to be charged. Wondering if anyone else has this charger and if this sounds normal. Charging cr-123s and 14500s both 3.7v.

I just bought the same charger. according to the instructions the way you describe the light function is correct, mine didn't buzz on me. It took me a few to figure out to flip the switch to the 4.2v setting to charge my batteries. My light just turns green when its done I haven't seen it blink yet.
when the battery gets close to being charged, the led will flicker faster and faster and then when mostly green will flash red once in a while as it polls to see if anybody needs some attention..

Cool. Thanks for the replies. Yeah, I read the instructions and thought it sounded right, but that broken english always makes me nervous. Never 100% sure they know exactly what they're saying.
