Chargers

Now I realize of course that these things won't last forever, but I've had my ecig for maybe 2 weeks and my charger just died. Does this really happen all that often?

Minor freak out over - well a little bit. The charger works in my car just not the cord that plugs into the wall. I would assume that this is some kind of standard cord that can be found pretty easily in a store. Any ideas?

Need more information.
Charger with USB connector?
Are you using connectors for different plug in's?
What type?
Anything additional you can add?
