Charging Vision Spinner with 420 usb charger with regular e-cig wall adapter?

Hello, I was wondering if I could charge the Vision Spinner with the USB charger recommended for it (420 mah), but using the wall adapter that came with my halo g6 usb>wall adapter.

If the usb fits into it should be fine. The important part is the 420 mah usb charger. Could also use a smartphone wall wart.
