Charging a battery via the usb of the mod should be ok - the current should stop or change to a trickle once the cell is charged. However - do you really want to trust a 25c circuit board in a Chinese cheaply produced mod ?
I would strongly suggest - based on my experience of many mass produced vaping products - that you do not leave a mod 'plugged in' overnight. I have had several devices go wrong over the last few years, one of them auto-firing. The potential for a mis-hap is relatively high...Some people may even say 'especially a mod made by Smok'.

TLDR; No.

Any li-ion battery can start a fire if the charger goes bad. Laptops, tablets, cell phones, power tools, model airplane packs, etc. I don't leave any of them on charge overnight or if I'm not in the house. It doesn't happen often, but it's just not worth the risk to me.
