Chasing the perfect vape.....carto recommendations!

Ok, I thought I really loved the smok Tech DC LR XXL cartos - was getting them from a couple vendors but they've changed (there's a thread around here about green packaged ones versus clear ones). My last order came in clear and they just aren't the same...

So I tried some Boge (2.7) cause I had heard so many good things - Oh my goodness, my first drag was vape heaven! But, after a few drags I noticed a plastic taste. Out of the 5 pack, I've opened 3 and all have this plastic taste. I am definitely filling them fine (condom method, taryn spin, refill, spin, top off and let sit overnight and blow out)...It's so sad because the first few drags are soooooo perfect, then PLASTIC. Ugh!

So, looking for some other suggestions...I've heard fabulous things about Ikenvape Fusions but was reading some threads and got confused...namely I've heard the 801 fusion from Ikenvape is awesome, but then I'd need a 510 adapter - but then someone else said that was silly because the 801 fusion is the same thing as "Isaac's 510 Premium Plantinum" but I don't even see that on the website so....???

Can anyone recommend a good quality carto that hits like that Boge does but is consistent and doesn't have plastic flavor?

Cartomizers vary in quality. Boge carts are known for good quality, so not sure why your getting a plastic taste. Personally I use 1.5ohm carts for that hot good vape, I like the smoke tech carts that are dual coil, but also use the carts that are single coil from Reo Mods on the Reo grand...Im getting good flavor and a nice vape from those..give them a try and check out hoosiers ecig supply for some good cartos too.

you should tell us what you are using and at what voltage (e-go, silver bullet, VV box mod) Different carto's for different voltage....I like Resurrectors from Crystal clear vaping myself.

For 3.7v I've found nothing better than Boge LRs (2ohm).

This conclusion was reached after trying hundreds of dollars worth of different options.

Have to concur here. Just received a pack of Boge 2.0's and they are quite nice. Great vapor and flavor on my Ego. But those are 510 cartos. Judging from your post you aren't running a 510.

As mentioned, if you could post your setup it would help.

i have also tried countless of cartos the past 8 months and have found none that are as reliable as boge 2.0 on a 3.7 device.

always good flavor and vapor. nowadays ive used them at 4.2volts on a vv and it works beautifully.

I have a SD MKII (3.7v) and I have some 1.7 resurectors, and 1.7 el-cheapos from mad vapes, and I love them both. The resurectors are larger, so I like them better but they both taste about the same to me with my 555 juice...
