So its made out of a ego-w clearo and the top is an ego cone, and the seal is the silicone mouthpiece from a cartomizer. I'm sorry to trouble you, but can you go a little more in detail how to build it?

basically its a mini hybrid gen atty. liquid guzzler.

extend the supply lines(pos/neg) up to the cone part. the silicon plug separates the pos/neg leads on its sides.
to the center hole goes the mesh wick.

well I know where I can get the ego w clearo but I don't see any of them with the 510 connection, but now in hindsight I'm guessing you made that as well?

Royal smokers manufactures these cartos. I'm lucky in the sense that my local supplier imports directly from them. I'm sure someone close to you will have them. Otherwise here

Goat29, you will have to remove the air tube and isolator before soldering. I will post more on this Monday - nowhere near my laptop this weekend....
