Goat29, some are harder than others but, seems like the newer ce2's that I've been getting will pop right off. I read on this thread from page 1 of the og post: Repairable CE2 to use safety pins instead of the needles and this works really well.

thx to all for the info, got a better magnifer now i can see how the ce2 fits together. what brand glue or expoy does everyone use? i used zap fly fishing stuff for threads around the cup,
I made mine using straight pins, like the long ones with a pearl on the end. A stainless steel wick and a syringe tank.
i made one like 13oer with needles, just got it working a few mins ago. it is .... ugly, too much solder, but i now see how to do it and hope to make a much neater one next. i will post a pic later if i can figure out how to. i am feeling pretty pleased with my self right now, nite all
