cheap reliale small 3.7 volt mod

just bought an epower and the button died on me in a week. This after I killed my 4th ego battery to exactly the same type of short. I am so sick of this.

I'm afraid I'm just going to have to give up on a decent looking mod and go with one of those creepy looking boxes. "No, no, it's not crack" is just going to have to become my new street greeting. :/

Anyway, does anyone have a suggestion for a reliable and repairable e-power or smaller 3.7 volt device? Cheaper is better.

If you can solder just pick up one of these 510 Box Mod Kit and give the box a shot. Leave out the creepy LED and it'll take you all of 1/2 hour to put it together. If you don't have to tools to put it together yourself you can get them preassembled too 2xAA Box Mod with slow change LED. You can't get much cheaper than those. You've already got the batt's and charger from your e-power. Boxmods are really not that bad and they vape just as good as an expensive rig.

Now if you want a really well built mod that takes 14500's try The BB from Altsmoke, or the all mechanical Alpha from Altsmoke. They're both quite a bit pricier but well worth it in the long run in my opinion.

I can solder. the bb and alpha both radically fail the cheap test but i may do the box mod. I guess my net question is what is the smallest and least offensive looking box mod?

This is the smallest box mod I have seen...Unfortunately parallax doest sell them so you will have to build it yourself or maybe trade him for something. I have made one myself, quite fun but time consuming.

Gold Rush Tube Mod
This cost as much as the e-power and it is not a box mod. I have seen a few comments though that suggest they will not stand up to heavy abuse.

Although this one is not exactly cheap by boxmod standards it's still reasonable. It's also small. They claim it's about the size of a Bic lighter. It looks a bit nicer than most boxmods too.

If you go that route it's a native 801 connector so you'll need to get a 801/510 adapter to use with your 510 stuff. They're just a few bucks.
