Have you checked out litecigusa.Pretty good prices.They do not have 18mg but 16mg.

I mentioned what I pay in that thread too, not as comprehensive a thread, but might be useful for OP. 
For 18mg Dekang, now, you might be stuck with ordering from China. I gave up and went back to 24mg. That's plentiful here.
Health Cabin is a good place to use, haven't had any problems with them and they usually are stocked with Dekang. If you want to get it in a week, use the EMS shipping, it's a little more but it tracks all the way from China. Also pay attention to the Chinese holidays if you order from there.
It doesn't have to be 18mg exactly but i'm looking to cut down from 24mg. I have used health cabin before and am no neccessarily opposed to them but i would prefer an american vendor just for quicker shipping. Has anyone used valuevapor.com they seem to have excellent prices assuming there stuff is legit dekang.

I know the "Other" category Boge/Dekang juice from Cignot ® is real because it tastes the same as what I got directly from manufacturer. They sell 5 ml bottles for $3, so you can get a few to use as baseline. They do have it in 0, 6, 16, 26 mg but it's VG. The PG juice is only in 26 mg. Others have offered US vendors as well.
I too was assured prior to VV purchase, was going with my taste buds. I am not saying you must have genuine Dekang (some substitutes were ok), but if that is what's advertised...I would just like to know exactly where a juice is from and what's done to it on its journey to me.

So just to be clear valuevapors juices did not taste like genuine dekang to you ? If so that too bad. Its looking like I'll probably use litecig if i need it soon and healthcabin if I can wait on it. I was really hoping that I could find another US vendor with prices comparable to madvapes but maybe there just isnt.
My conclusion: No. To be fair, I've been vaping VG Dekang and the bottle I got from VV was PG, shouldn't make that much a difference. What turned me off was the custom label, could have been psychological, who knows! James said on Tweeter he would double the flavor of USA Mix. That was actually less reassuring. I just wanted something bottled at the factory, no changes or rebottling, but that's just me.

My favorite have always been PG dekang and their prices are cheap so i will probably give em a Try. Btw I believe I read somewhere that he orders certain juices from dekang with double flavor. I'd hate to wrongfully represent someone. It's been a little while and I can't even recall how close or not. Like I said, it could have been psychological with me, taste buds playing trick. The "Legit Dekang" thread had and update by EVCigarretescom, post #15, might be useful. Also, did you check the vendors Kanlee and DawnBella mentioned? When I was shopping, I thought Heaven-gifts.com had the best prices if you can wait 10-20 days via air mail, best went on to Dekang direct instead. Best of luck!
Ya I've ordered from litecig before. I know them to have genuine dekang and excellent customer service. While they good prices I know it can be found cheaper. Ordering from China is an option and I've done it before. Only things of course you have to make larger orders to make it worth it. Now whats this about ordering straight from dekang. How do you do that ? anyways I'm off to check that other thread.
That's one reason I referred to other thread, I had explained what I pay at Dekang. If you didn't see it in the other thread, it's about $113 for 1 liter (1,000) minimum order, about 11 cents/ml, but big commitment. They only take Paypal. evcigarettes has the all vg dekang that I prefer. Great prices as well 50 ml for around 20 bucks and I have been assured it's legit stuff! Haven't ordered yet...but will.
Dekang only comes in 26mg, 18mg, 12mg, 6mg and 0mg strengths, and 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 30ml, 50ml bottles. So if someone is selling 16mg strength it's not real Dekang, and if the bottle cap doesn't have YNDK on the cap it's not real Dekang. There are at least 20 or so counterfeiters selling fake Dekang, if you check the strength and the size of the bottle it usually lets you know if it's real.

And I really don't care who says what my experience is that there are just as many people in the USA that will scam you as there are in China. Heavens Gifts and Health Cabin are listed on this forum and have been here since the beginning, they've stayed here because they're a good company to deal with.
In other words if you want to be sure you get real Chinese e-liquid, just order it from China.
