To all you Mod Makin Guru's out there.

For use with 510 atty.

Besides the lighter mod, whats the cheapest, easiest mod to build (batteries included)?

Need something cheap and easy. Im not very "electronically-inclined" so any ideas you all have would help me greatly.

I have a bunch of 510 batteries and my RIVA so Im pretty much all set in the 3.7V dept.

So how much would it cost it total materials to build me the cheapest, easiest >3.7 mod? Im not talking about tools, just supplies including batteries.

Thanks everyone.

A box mod might be your best bet. You may just want to start with a REAL 3.7v box mod. AFAIK the Riva and I'm sure that 510 batts run at 3.1v under load. I love my 3xAA battery box with two 14500 batts. Lasts me most of the day with no vapor drop off and an LR atty doesn't phase this thing. It's super easy to make and is some good practice. I may try my hand at a 5v box mod soon.

A 7.4v box mod would be the easiest...just throw in a regulator for a 5v. But overall, this would be my top suggestion:

Use the LR atty...1800 mAh worth of batteries and practically no issue with amp draw would set you up with a lil monster :2cool:

I love these 3.7 3xAA box mods. I get consistent vapor for most of the day and you have the option between a regular atty at 3.7 and an LR atty. I've never used a 5v device so I can't compare them to an LR atty.
