Cheapest Good Quality DIY Supplier?

I apologize if this has been asked a million times already, I haven't scrolled through all the threads. I'm looking for a cheap place to buy the ingredients I need to mix my own juice: nic juice, pg, vg, and flavor concentrates. I have everything else I need. Is there a link on here someone could point me to or a website? I want low price but good quality if that exists lol

Some nic is much better than others, same with flavors...I still have to order this and that from several sources...nic and Inawera flavors from Vapers Tek, pg/vg from here and there, Hangsen & FlavourArt from RTS vapes...don't much care for the rest...

Low price? Good quality? Hmmmm.....

I am a cheap basta$d and the way I look at it, if I order a flavor and don't like it, I just killed any low price I may have paid for it.

They offer good bases as well as flavors from some of the top companies around. (Inawera, TPA, Cappela & FW) Shipping costs can be a major consideration and the possibility of "one stop shopping" exists.

Perhaps more importantly, they offer many of those flavors in small 6ml sizes at fair prices. Makes me feel better if I order a zinger.
