Liberty flights. I use for all my hardware. Click the 20% off link top left. Ego kits less than $50. Or get with it and go for a Riva bundle for $29. Same thing. Some say it's better.
Other sites give you juice or cases with the kits. But if you already have a gallon of assorted juice. And already have a broken in case, then go for cash and carry. Liberty flights beats all others I've seen. And I'm looking a lot. They also ship right away just like most good sites I've used. Check them out. They have ego, Riva, t Rex. And all 510 parts. LR, high v, tanks. Etc.

Got an ego clone kit with 1100 mha batts for $45 at hoosierecigsupply. Hits nice. I was suprised at the power. It's called a KGO. Don't know durability of battery life, etc yet. Bought it to share it with loved ones trying vaping. Tired of lending my mods. Good luck.
MadVapes usually sells a smoktech eGo clone (nothing but good use with mine, 4 months now) kit with case, cartos (or attys and carts), 2 batts (900's), 1 cone and 10ml juice for 45$
