Goodprophets = great service
So far, the cheapest cartos I found. Less than $6.00 for 5 (discount for ordering 5 packs), and they work GREAT. Also got a good PCC charging case cheap.
I'm not a spokesman for this site, but having ordered parts from 3 different sites so far this place was the best. The PCC had no instructions, so I didn't think it was woking. I Emailed goodprophets, and their responses were prompt and informative. Rob told me how to work it, then told me I can send it back if I wasn't satisfied anyway. Bear in mind, this was a close out item. I got the charger working with his instructions, and it's awesome. I told them that, and that the only complaint I have is that the battery that came with it was a piece of junk. I said I was OK with this as the charger is what I wanted and the price was great. Rob responded right away that he will send me a new battery anyway, and he did THAT DAY. He told me the bad battery was an old supplier he's not using anymore and that the new batteries should be better. He then asked me to let him know how I like it for his own info. Great service. Every Email I sent including the 1st one was answered in less than 30 minutes with a 'let us know what we can do for you' attitude.
I'm going to try some of their US made VG juices. I already have a supplier that I love, but I'm going to try theirs also just because their customer service was so good. As long as they keep carrying 808 parts, I'm a customer for life.
