Check Cignot.com - I think they had a great deal on unboxed - possibly cheaper than the above.
Make sure you have 2 batteries, 2 atomizers, carts and buy some ejuice - a cart won't last an hour without ejuice
And strongly consider a PCC - a 510 battery charge lasts 2-3 hours, less if vaped heavily, more if very lightly. A PCC can charge your batteries on the go. Alternately get a spare charger for at work.

Cignot seems to be the best deal. I've bought all my kits from them. They've got great customer service too.

510 batts are usually 3.2-3.4 volts. Higher, or lower depanding on if they're fully charged, or run down.
