I haven't found any one place that has the best prices on everything. Or even one that just has everything all in one place. I've ordered from Nude Nicotine and Wizard Labs, and I think next up on my list I'm gonna hit up ecig express for some flavors that they didn't have at WL (well, one flavor that they didn't have, and a couple more I didn't get because they didn't have the other one).

Nic, PG, and VG all have a lil bit of a flavor to them that varies from vendor to vendor, so when you find a vendor you like you should stick with it. I get mine from MFS. They are kinda high on their flavors though and the selection isn't great. OSDIY and Bull City are my go-to vendors for flavors. OSDIY has a couple of house brand flavors that I like and Bull City has Hangsen, Inawera, and a SC (super concentrate) line that I'm getting into, and their prices are better on the other brands.

I buy nic at My Freedom Smokes. Essentials Depot is great for VG and PG. They have a great deal on one gallon of each for $39.17 shipped. For 1ml syringes, eBay or Amazon. For 3 and 6ml, Tractor supply. For flavorings, I buy from Wizard Labs. You can also get Nic test kits there. I bought my glass dropper bottles for juice on Amazon. For trying out recipes, I buy the little plastic bottles on eBay. For measuring out larger amounts of VG and PG, I bought graduated cylinders at Wizard Labs. WL for blunt-tipped needles also.
