This is the VV-T 18650 from Empire mods. Its designed to take an AW IMR 18650 1800mAh. It varies between 3-6v in tenth volt increments. It has a 2.5 amp safety, ability to: check the batt level on screen, lock the desired voltage, automatically lowers voltage to 3.7 if it detects an atty too low, shuts off if a short occurs, 10 second shut off, regulated voltage output, reverse batt protection, screen flashes when batt reaches 3.3v and shuts off.
The one in my photo is an upgraded chrome version which is actually a different shape at the top. They are out of stock on the one in photo, but it says they will have more and an upgraded version of the regular ones. Oh yes they are only $43.99!! I have been using this for about 24 hrs and so far it rocks!
