No such thing as a 5000mAh li ion 18650. Even if it is made in Japan. Only way that battery would get close to 5000 mAh is if the test was done with a 10mA led. Even if for some reason there was a manufacturing breakthough and they could jump from making true 3100mAh to 5000mAh batteries. There is no way in hell your going to get 4 of them for $11.59. That seller is a fraud. Lies i tell you all lies. eBay really needs to crack down on these fraudulent battery sellers.

I have been noticing that about some sellers but I have order several things through several sellers and have received 2 products that are as advertised but the rest of the products are yet to be seen...lol.)

Volume for an 18650 16.5 cm2. Volume for a 26650 is 34.5 cm2, a little over double. The best protected 18650 has around 3000mAh so a comparable 26650 should have around 6000 mAh. The charge density is not very good for that cell, about the same as an IMR cell. You'd do better to run two quality protected 18650s in parallel.
