The site wont even let me enter my card number at all. Weird.

Make sure you check the little credit card box. If you don't it refreshes and erases anything that was there.

I've been having a problem with MSIE v9.0.1 - haven't been able to order through it at all.

I loaded Chrome and hand no problems ordering with it.

That is an indication of a corruption in your IE, it's settings or perhaps an add-on is giving you fits... I have ordered through IE8, IE9, Chrome and FF without issues on any of them.

Interesting.... IE9 works on the new server without a problem!
