So I bought a nemesis clone a while back and I love it, except for one major problem. Something is happening inside the switch assembly, and when I unscrew the assembly from the rest of the mod, the assembly comes loose inside the mod, resulting in me pulling out the bottom post of the assembly and the spring just pops out and the delrin/brass cap stays screwed inside and the damn thing just starts firing and won't stop until I unscrew the atomizer from the top cap. It seems to happen on its own while I walk about with the mod in my pocket, like somehow it sloshing around inside my pocket is causing the inner bottom screw to come loose on its own. Any insight on what might be causing this would be a HUGE help as now that I am used to having a device with adjustable airflow I just can't go back to anything else.

Cheers guys,
Fahs

Ok first make sure that the little brass locking pin is still in the switch. If it is then reassemble the switch and tighten the silver pin as much as possible with your hand. Then take a pair of needle nose pliers and just snug the silver bottom pin a little. If you have other little nuances take a look at this thread. Hopefully it will help you out.

I did this with mine when it was brand new, because it came loose after a few minutes of testing.
That was about a month ago and it hasn't even thought about coming loose since.

The kick ring has nothing to do with the switch pin

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

Yes it does....With the kick ring in the switch will screw all the way in and still wont make contact with the battery. He posted on cali vapers and I already helped him on there (the problem was he had the kick ring installed), I was just giving him crap here

I stand corrected, never thought about that
