Personally, I'd be wary of it as there's no guarantee of the ingredients or purity of the liquid.

Yet, people have no problem using clearomizers, cartomizers, and all kinds of products from china, and most vapers do not engage in a sterilization program when they receive these items. ;)

To the OP: I've seen the youtube vids of tours of chinese eliquid factories, the big name ones......they are mixed in clean rooms, the kind like where computer microchips are made, floors are specially coated, everyone is in clean suits with head and shoe coverings, etc.

I actually trust juice made in those places far far more than some US mixer mixing in the back room of a storefront, etc.

I would say use your own judgement and common sense.

HKHangsen for instance is not some little hole in the wall outfit, they are a huge major corporation with deep pockets with pretty serious engineers and scientists on staff and inside the facilities.....

how many eliquid companies here can say that?

True, but it's common sense to thoroughly clean any tank, atty, what have you prior to using.

And to the OP, just use common sense when buying juice, whether here or abroad. I'm sure there's some really good mixing labs out there. Do some research.

I can't speak to that particular eliquid, though there are a few larger eliquid manufactuers out of China like Hangsen or Dekang and such that are A-OK (I like their RY4). However, if I was at a shop and had to make due with some "random china eliquid" I didn't have much information on, I'd stick to the absolute simplest flavors possible. The reasoning is that for simple flavors there's less incentive for them to substitute something cheaper that may not be something you want to inhale.
