China Mail ???

So one part of the story I left out. I broke down and reordered last Thursday. The NEW package reached my local post office at 3:30am this morning and delivery date was today. The mail man just came by and again NO PACKAGE. This one had better be here tomorrow. If not I will not rest until that <illegitment child> gets fired.

Edit: He actually came back an hour later and delivered our mail and the SECOND package was indeed there. Still missing the first one.

I guess it all depends on management inspection of carrier complaints and how carriers are held accountable (or not) for delivering packages on the day they take possession. I guess not all carriers and not all postal managers run a tight ship. Mine usually arrive on the day that USPS tracking says it's "out for delivery".

My China shipments usually enter the U.S. through a port at Miami, although some hit LA before getting air shipped to Atlanta and down to Macon. I've had a few go through LA and then get ground shipped across America to Atlanta. Go figure. I don't know what determines the route these things take.

I have been satisfied with fasttech's USA E-packet delivery for the most part. Price is right and delivery is consistent if there's not a Chinese holiday in the mix.
