China Post time

Hi

First post here but been lurking around for a while

I ordered from Zainy.net a month ago tracking still says not found, Ainy said it got returned once and re-posted it straight away. I understand there has been a big Chinese Festival recently but a month seems a bit excessive to me, no?

I have ordered loads of stuff not e-cig related from china and most if not all arrived in less than 2 weeks.

Any info on zainy? from the little i have read everyone recieved their items in good time.

Hi and welcome to ECF. China Post recently has begun clamping down and scanning/ X-raying exported ecig gear. When they find juice or batteries they return it to Sender.

She has a notice posted about the shipping on the front page.

I've only ordered a few times and it was always slow. Last one was over 3 weeks and that was before the snafu's started.

when I ordered at first there was no notice on main page. Since I made my order 3 separate message have appeared all about shipping times, guess I'm not the only one.

I'm guessing since i only buy my liquid here in the UK its the batteries that are holding it up.

If you ordered Batteries, most likely.
Once China post establishes that a Vender fits into certain criteria, their orders will be inspected at a much higher rate. this just compounds delays. Add Zainy to Fasttech to Vapor Break to ChinaBuy, etc. and you will start to get the picture.

It's actually happening all over. Major batt companies in China only shipping to dealers. Just yesterday a friend tried to order a kit from the U.S. and was told they could deliver the kit/ tube but not the 18650 batteries. He had ordered batteries from this Vendor in the past.

I'm ordering a big batch of liquid and am going to spring for the EMS shipping.

ordered a bunch of tips and atomizer yesterday and it says shipped and gave me a tracking number today and my last package only took 13 days from order to door... my quickest was 7 business days (9 total). Not sure if the process and/or labeling is different but it seems new orders seem to be going through even faster than older orders. I believe when they get kicked packed and reshipped it goes to the slow boat option, so expect it sometime near christimas lol

Not sure about the UK but the little extra you may pay for batteries and liquid is usually worth it anyways (unless you are that strapped for money). shipping back dud batteries, busted juice bottles or wrong flavors sucks.

So as of today this appeared on zainy.net

From today Oct 25th, we will stop ship by China post until the customs relax. we will keep on update the news when it relax. ans it may recover soon.

So if my item gets returned to sender for the 3rd time I'm just going to get a refund and pay a little more to get it from the UK.

Sad times..

Hi Chris,I live in Western Australia,and have had the same problems with Zainy.They keep blaming the post,most of the time it's true,but a bit of the problem is theirs.Since June 13,I've placed 8 orders,5 of them have taken over a month to get get here,and the majority of time they have been held in China Posts hands.It looks like China Post couldn't care less.When you get your orders look at the date stamp they were accepted by them.About half the time,Zainy only order the items in,when we have placed an order with them,which depending on what it is can take up to 10 days for them to get,then it's got to go all through the Chinese Postal service.It's better to use DHL.Overall they are an honest company,that seem to look after their customers,but as with all the Chinese e-cig suppliers you have to take what they state with a pinch of salt.Most of them are small family companies,not major conglomerates that they like to build themselves up as.As such they do not carry a lot of stocks,especially E-Liquids.Hope this helps a bit,

Strange how my delivery from Best E-Cig came through in only 6 days using China Post!Also Chinese Customs have never opened,or inspected my parcels in the last 6 months,when they do check things,it's usually when goods are going into China,not out!

The easiest way to get around the China Post problem is not to use them.Try DHL instead,takes a 1/3 of the time,and your still miles in front with the total costs!

So a little update, I am on my 3rd tracking number now, this one is stating a origin of Sweden... Weird since i placed the order from China.

I have opened a dispute in PayPal today (which is when they gave me the Swedish tracking number RExxxxxxxxxSE) If the tracking number still says not found in 2 week i will be escalating this with PayPal.

U may want to read this..it pertains to all shipping from China...the vendor really doesn't make any difference..

and yes there is a Swiss Post shipping used in China..

and Ecigs are prohibited by Ebay and Paypal, so in any dispute NEVER say anything about Ecigs...but they do see the invoice and what U bought

Swiss post is Switzerland not Sweden anyway from a quick Google search it seems that the PayPal ban on e-cigs is PayPal USA not PayPal UK. Anyway i have only merely bought myself a new battery holder to store my battery's on the go obv not a e-cig
