Hey guys.

What kind of pirate? I think actual pirates didn't talk like that.
Somali pirate? "hi maaaan, me take your ship, kill you, ask money for ship"? :D
Not modern day pirates, Trit. Seventeenth and eighteenth century Caribbean pirates. Arghhhhhhh !!!!!

Your nearest hydrogen bomb.
Haha! Agree.

Maybe rename it to "Talk like the actor who defined pirate talk day" :D :D :D

I have to sleep and be ready for tomorrow, today a 80kg battery slipped of the other guys suction caps, landed on my foot, missed the steel toe cap and went above directly on the foot (talk about bad luck). Pain for half an hour but i feel ok now. These days had a barrage of bad luck but i'm still up muhahaha!

Have a good night everyone :)

Good grief, Tritium! You get hurt way too often. Gotta stop that stuff, 'kay? I'm glad that nothing was broken though. Those bones on the top of the foot are really fragile.

Hey Volties! I said I would post when I had some good news. I still don't have a definite closing date but it shouldn't be more than a week away. The good news is the Home Inspection passed and didn't cost as much as I feared. The other good news is my closing costs isn't going to be as much as I was first told. The 2nd appraisal is scheduled for tomorrow, then it all goes to Indiana Housing for their stamp of approval, then back to underwriting to make sure all the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" are crossed. It could close by next Friday but I'm not holding my breath but it does look like it's going to happen now. <whew> I can't tell you what a nightmare this has been for me. Just ask Rave. She's been my punching bag and shoulder to cry on. I don't think I would have made it through this mess without her. :toast:

Glad it is finally getting there!

Poor Rave. When it's all done, buy her a beer, bottle of wine, or whatever!

It sure is!

G'Morning All. I'm planning on packing up my gear and heading downhill to the campsite today. It looks like I may finally have a weekend that has decent temperatures and might not rain. Saturday night's a bit iffy, but I'll keep my fingers crossed. Thunderstorms in a tent are pretty awesome in my humble opinion, but they aren't everyone's cup of tea. I need some serious forest time. Ya might not hear much from me until early next week. Summer's on its way out and fall is on our doorstep, folks. Get out and enjoy it while ya can! :)
