Terry finally some good news You can stop making the face now

Just got back, went mushroom hunting, there are thousands of puffballs and i got a few 3-4 and a 5 inch one, mostly white button mushrooms, Perfect pasta today.
I saw many unknown ones, some white strange ones, i have to research them.

Sounds like a pretty fine mushroom score. Congratulations. As far as mushrooms go: When in doubt, throw it out. Just sayin'.

The only wind I have fills the seat of my pants!

Fall is really on the doorstep. I went out in shorts to put the flag out and promptly switched to jeans and t-shirt. Now, I'm adding a light sweatshirt. I don't think it'll make 70 today and there's a pretty good breeze blowing and lots of clouds.

That be "seabag" not "duffle", fair lass Raven. I have 2 Army duffle bags stored in my garage, my bag from the Vietnam era and my dad's bag from WWII.

It's cool here too, Awsum. Fifty degrees at 10 am, I don't know what the temp is now, but it's supposed to be in the low 60s today.....maybe. It might be a good day for a walk in the woods.

Good. But looking forward to a Dr. appt. Hope all goes well.

No, haven't moved yet. I'm still doing what I've been doing for the past 2 months.....waiting. 8-o

Thanks. I'm waiting on paperwork and a definite closing date. I need to know the definite closing date so I know when to pick up the rental truck. If I get there too early and we don't sign for a few days then I could miss the deadline for returning the truck and that would cost me $100 per day late fee.
