Well now I just remembered I have to water my virtual plants :p talk to you all later and have a GREAT DAY!

I don't know if you're serious about virtual plants because there is a game where you maintain your virtual fish tank! lol Either way, have a great day! It was a pleasure chatting with you! :)

What games do you play, Malyden? I like Mah Jong and Bookworm. I do jigsaw puzzles at the Charm of Light and Jigzone.

Gosh, I haven't played Mah Jong or Bookworm for quite a while. I'll have to see if they're still on the computer, like them both. Lately I'm back to playing Super TextTwist and just finished QBeez2.....crazy game! lol

Nice to know I have some fellow computer geeks here. When I first started programming, it was in machine code! *Ack!* Then I learned Basic (which was the next step up at the time) and moved on to C-Language. I did my stint as a Systems Engineer but didn't care for the pressure. Also put in a half dozen years as a CAD Designer.

My husband was in on the very earliest days of computers (back when 6k could move the world!) and help to develop one of the earliest speech recognition systems - and worked with Apollo to develop the L.E.M. unit (the Lunar Excursion Module). His first programming experiences were in binary!

I feel so OLD!!

BTW - We made it through the storm here by slipping right in between two big cells. Nothing more than a lot of rain. My son, on the other hand (a utilities locater) was out in it about 12 miles south and had his windshield destroyed by golf ball sized hail. Damage to his truck body as well.

haha, you mean like Cobol and Fortran, with the decks of cards? I think that's why I dropped out of school the first time!

Lilac and Jay, anyone else up in that horrendous weather-keep us posted if you can. We all want to know you're alright!
Jay1, can you remember if you became impatient when you placed your original order and might have pushed the
'purchase' button twice? This will cause a double order. Just bringing it up so it may jog your memory. No matter what, I'm sure they will straighten it out for you :)

Made it through the storms. VaVa , I was very patient and waited and waited until it timed out and said order did not go through. Even came on here and posted , then tried it again. But ALL IS WELL. Customer Service was great so no problems.
I also got my PT , Wall Charger and Cartos Today. I will comment on that later tonight :)
