Greetings! Operation "another one bites the dust" completed.

I just got back from the village. My aunt confiscated my two black batteries, half a bottle of 555, one chocolate and two cartos and a USB charger.
She is converted now lol. But i think i might put her on 12mg nic cause 18 is a bit heavy for her. Lately she was smoking 3 packs per day, not very heavy smokes but 3 PACKS omg. Since i arrived at their home 0 analogs.

Looks like another order.

Perfect, Konstantine!

I have spent the proverbial ton of $$ on vaping and supplies, but it is all worth it and then some if the people I care about can get off the tobacco cigarettes.

I hadn't planned on going to my aunt's for dinner tonight, but I think I will drop in anyway, to check up on my cousin and see how he is doing with the kit I gave him. I really hope it has been working for him.

Jeesh - We had fireflies last night. FIREFLIES at the beginning of April. Weird.

Well, not much goin' on here today. Dave's gonna do some yard-not cleanup, which means: more firewood. Not that we need it. I've been removing old paint from the deck to prepare it for bed liner. Sounds crazy, I know, but I guess a lot of folks have great results with it in very moist, woodsy environments.

Hope y'all are having a great holiday weekend. :)

I just tried the comfort tips for the first time (purple) and am finding I get more juice on my lips than with the normal cap. I'm not holding it completely horizontal or tilted up. So is this normal? I was expecting it would help reduce that happening since it has so much further to go.

I can't understand this. It isn't happening to me, but I've heard others say this. How can it be? I, too, think it'd be less likely, since the juice has farther to go. I use the comfort tips from SI all the time now, both with SI cartos I've filled and their prefilled ones, and I have never gotten juice on my lips or in my mouth when using them. Granted, I only got juice in my mouth once, back when I first started vaping. I remember that was with RY4, and it was awful! It turned me off to that flavor for some time. Now I can enjoy RY4 again, though. Could it be the chain vapers are having this happen? I tend to vape a little, then lay the e-cig down for a while. It's all I can think of as an explanation.

What a cool idea, Rave. And it's gotta be cheaper than the reconstituted plastic resin boards (or whatever they're made out of). Although they come in pretty cool colors....can you now get bed-liner stuff in something besides black? I'm betting termites hate that stuff. Yep, I'm babbling; it's just that it's such a cool alternative use for an established product!:?:

Thanks! :) There isn't a wide array of colors, but yeah - there are choices other than black.

Yesterday and today, now that Penny can be ridden again, I've been giving Heather riding lessons on Penny. She's the teenage daughter of the barn owner who faithfully hand walked Penny daily all winter and kept her limber when she couldn't be ridden. I told her that when Penny was rideable again, she'd get to ride her, so I'm making good my promise. Heather had some lessons before, but she's pretty much a beginner. She didn't know how to post, which is rising and sitting in time to a horse's trot so it's not bumpy when the horse trots fast. She learned in the 2 lessons, and today trotted independently around the small field we call a "ring." I thought I'd share a photo I took today of Heather riding Penny.

Sorry this came out so small. I tried uploading straight from my computer instead of Photobucket, and apparently the results aren't the same. I'll try the photo again. (It doesn't seem to want to work! Aargh!)

That's probably a very good explanation. Guilty as charged. So I must not be giving it time to dribble back down into the carto. Guess I'll have to pry one out from between my toes and give it another shot.

Hey, Sandy--nice photo. It looks like they are both doing well. Penny looks like she has a cute quarter-horse type head, and a smooth top-line. She's a nice ride, isn't she?
Your student appears relaxed and exhibits good posture. You must be proud!

Penny is an American Saddlebred, though her head certainly isn't typical of that breed. Yes, Penny's gaits are very smooth. I find she's great to teach people to post on, since her slow trot can be very gentle. Some people think a bigger trot is easier to get the rhythm of, but I've never found it so. A big, bouncy trot can be overwhelming for a beginner.

AND - It Can Really - HURT Too . . . :(

Especially if You are a Man and just happen to "HIT" the saddle in the wrong spot . . . ;)

Let "Me" Just Say - NOT GOOD ! ! !

Hmm. You could be on to something, as I chain vape and I was one of those who had it happen to me!
