I'm not allowed to play high heel anything. Evidently it's intimidating to most men when you're 6'4.

For that, I boil a 1/2 coffee cup of water, let it cool a bit then stuff the carto in for about 45 seconds, pull it out and pop the mouthpiece off, using a towel to hold the hot carto -- the glue on carto plastic tips softens in really hot water, before the carto plastic tip itself is harmed.)
