Has anyone else had problems with the end of the Joye 510 cartridge, (with the tiny hole), coming off when inhaling????? Changed to new cartridge and same thing happened.

ecigs here in Aussie. Doing another order with them tonight so will mention it to them. Just wondered if it was a normal thing as I couldn't find any info in forum about it.
Pop it out. It will improve the draw and you won't have to worry about choking on it.
That's strange. All it does it give you a little protection from getting juice in your mouth. Sorry it did not work for you. It worked for me, but now I never use carts on my 510.
i have had the same problem too! only when my cart gets juiced up then you lose vapor production.
in a matter of fact you need to pop two caps, yes two. first one is the top one of course then you will see a flat bit with a hole in it use a paper clip to pull that one out and man it is sweet for air flow and no bits flying in to your mouth.
also rinse the cart out to wash out any residing juices (not the cart material but the plastic bits)
